From the reality, by analyzing the landscape to plan urban road network reasonably through the eco-planning concept. Besides, a mountain range passes through from northern main peak (Wufeng mountain) to southern new city zone would be constructed and it links a vague shaft that go through Kuigui tower, Shuxiu tower, administrative center, and Fenglai cabinet. In such a case, this design style not only inherited the urban heritage, but also integrate the old and new urban areas into a single concrete region which is full of the design concept-----ecology and sustainability
